Communion

The bread reminds us of how Christ's body was broken for us on the cross
The wine reminds of the blood Christ shed so that we may be redeemed in the new covenant

We are to do this as often as we meet in remembrance of Jesus' act of love in His ultimate and perfect sacrifice to redeem us from our sin

However, the practice communion is by itself not a means to salvation
